Are you interested in joining the Forevermore Dance & Theatre Arts Team? Applications are accepted year-round.  Positions begin in August and go through June. This program is primarily about kids, so if you don’t have a passion for working with youth, please do not apply.

Forevermore Application and Hiring Process: 

  1. Send us a cover letter and resume to jobs@4evermore.org.
  2. Once we receive your cover letter and resume, we will review it thoroughly. If we are not interested in moving forward with your application, you will receive an email. If we are interested in moving forward, we will follow up with an email with a pre-interview questionnaire and application form.
  3. Once we receive your questionnaire and application form, we will review it thoroughly. If we are not interested in moving forward with your application, you will receive an email. If we are interested in moving forward, we will follow up with an email and schedule a first in-person interview.
  4. Interviews are 30-45 minutes. Questions will range from experiences with children to administrative skills, to behavior management scenarios. If the interview is to be in- person, please dress professional; business casual is fine. Please bring 3 references to this interview.
  5. Our team will do a thorough reference check with no less than 3 references. Two of these references must be with previous employers or professors.
  6. We will review our notes thoroughly. If we are not interested in moving forward with your application, you will receive an email. If we are interested in moving forward, we will follow up with an email and a second online interview.
  7. Interviews are 30 minutes. Questions will expand from our first in person email and our reference checks.
  8. Once we review all of this information, you will either receive an email notifying you that you have not received the position or we will call you to schedule a third and final in-person interview where contract, pay and schedule will be discussed. Interview will be anywhere between 30-45 minutes.
  9. You will then be offered the position dependent on the following conditions: 

     a. Successful completion of all background checks.

     b. All of your new employee paperwork/contract is to be submitted within 2 weeks of receiving your contract.
